To qualify as an emergency it MUST be an actual emergency. Below is a partial list of what is acceptable:a) burst pipes, water running and damaging floors, walls, ceilings, etc.;b) a furnace out in below 32 degree weather for more than an hour;c) a collapsed wall or ceiling;d) a fire or flood; ore) an electrical problem so significant as to cause imminent harm or death.
The following is a partial list of items that are not considered an emergency:a) clogged or slow drains;b) faucets dripping;c) a leaking roof;d) appliances that won’t work; ore) a light or switch or outlet that won’t work
