| Brookville Rentals: Our Policy – It is first come, first serve. You must complete an application and have it accepted before you can have a property. There may be others who have accepted applications too so the first one with the best application to take the property will get it. The first month’s rent, the last month’s rent and security deposit are due on the signing of the lease. (The first month’s rent could the prorata amount for that month). For an application, click here. Have Pets? We have a pet policy. $300 per pet deposit plus $20 more per month per pet. Any need for Storage? We have 10′ x 10′ and 10′ x 20′ units available for self storage. Heated and unheated space available.
We also have cold storage for cars at $35 per month.
